You Can Upgrade To Parcel Force 24 For £2 Extra Per Parcel

3: Dispatch Times

All My Regulars Will Know By Now I don't Mess About With Shipping and Nearly All Orders Paid For Before 2pm Monday To Friday Are Shipped The Same Day. You Will Be Advised If Otherwise

4: Delivery Times

Parcel Force 48 Is A 2/3 Working Day Service Normally 2

Parcel Force 24 Is A 1/2 Working Day Service Normally 1

Delivery Times Exclude Weekends & Bank Holidays

Although 99% of Shipped Orders Are Delivered On Time As With Any Courier Delays Are Beyond My Control, Although I will Obviously Help Chasing Up Any Delay

5: Returned Deliveries

Please note, once you are provided with the tracking it is the customers responsibility to check the tracking and ensure no delivery attempts have been made. If an item is returned to us after a delivery is attempted and no attempt as been made to re-arrange delivery. The customer will be charged the original postage plus additional postage charged to me for the return of the order.

Insurance Included At No Additional Cost Is As Follows

Parcel Force 48 Up to £50

Parcel Force 24 Up to £100

Additional Insurance Can Be Purchased At £4 which covers you for up to £500

In The Last Few Years I Have Only Ever Had One Lost Parcel But That Is For You To Decide And At Your Own Risk. Tracking Is Provided & You Will Also Receive Text Delivery Progress Updates Directly From Parcel Force

Returns:

Although Wholesale Mega Deals is committed to ensuring the products you purchase from us are picked and packed with the utmost care, there may be times when there is a need for a refund or a replacement.

All Returns are on the basis of return to base which is at the customers own responsibility

The following information explains our returns and replacement policy, however, if you need any further advice please send your question by the message button on the home page or on any page post

AN ITEM(S) HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY

In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 7 days from the dispatch date or 3 days after receipt.

Once we have received your return request, we will send you an email with information on what to do next. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with further instructions.

PLEASE NOTE:

As an clearance company we have the right to choose who we will supply and while we go above an beyond what most wholesalers would do, abuse of the returns will result in that supply being taken away.

What we expect, as we are suppling clearance products which in many cases our products are far cheaper than what you would expect to pay at a general wholesalers, we do expect our customers to take the odd faulty item as part and parcel of trading.

We are all in this together to make money and a balance as to be found, we deal in clearance often with prices far cheaper than wholesale. The savings made far outweigh offering a fancy free returns service. In order to keep our prices down we can not take on costs which are totally inappropriate.

If there is a big issue for example you have received a batch where there is an high return rate or major issue that is a different story and we will step in to ensure the customer is not out of pocket.

AN INCORRECT ITEM HAS BEEN RECEIVED OR ITEMS ARE MISSING

All multiple lots are recorded with a check sheet but In the unfortunate event that an incorrect item has been received or there are items missing from your order, you must contact us within 3 working days from the date of receipt.

Once we have received your request, we will then conduct and investigation and will send you an email with information on what to do next. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with further instructions.

YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND

As we have a B2B (Business to Business) relationship with you, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind and no longer require the products supplied. B2B suppliers are exempt from Consumer Contracts (formerly distance selling) regulations.
